You just need to get a bench press, pull up bar, and a couple of kettlebells; that is all gym equipment that you need. Don’t worry; we didn’t forget about the cardio. If you wish to run, then what better option is there than running up the hill? We think, none.

Next, you should take proper care of your dental hygiene. Having white teeth is not just about the looks, we think that every dentist can attest to that. In fact, countless health problems and infections come straight from your mouth. For example, did you know that bad oral health could cause heart problems?

Yes, germs and bacteria can travel from your mouth into your bloodstream and ultimately reach your heart, causing all sorts of problems. So, pay a visit to your dentist at least every three to four months. Furthermore, brush your teeth twice a day minimum. Finally, floss, floss, and floss. This is the only way to clean every corner of your mouth.

Stress is a modern man’s disease, or so we think. The truth is, stress has been around forever, we just became worse at dealing with it. If you are not a religious person, consider signing up for a yoga class or go for a relaxing massage. Even a boxing class is an excellent stress reliever. The best part, just a couple of hours a week of relaxation can do wonders for your mental and physical health.

Finally, you need to eat healthy. Food is a gateway to almost every health problem, and if you abuse it, make no mistake, you will pay consequences in the future. We understand that it’s hard to prepare your own food when you have a busy daily schedule.

Therefore, we recommend picking one day when you will prepare your food for the upcoming week. Sure, you will spend 4-5 hours cooking. However, after you finish, you will have healthy meals for days. Just an FYI, healthy foods are not just different types of meats; make sure you add some veggies and fruits to your diet.
