My beard week: 29 Dec, 2016

Well well. The year 2016 comes to it’s end, and again I’m wondering how fast the past 12 months passed. I usually try to get the days between the years off, and so I did this year as well. After a couple of days at home, far away from work and daily routines, I quickly switch to the famous „I don’t give a shit“ mode – the reason I was so lazy in writing new posts 🙂 But: I made a new little video last Wednesday how to keep a (beard) brush nice and clean. I wanted to clean mine anyways since ages, but postponed it over and over because I was just to lazy to shot the video. Sometimes the “I don’t give a shit mode” is present during my normal weekdays as well 🙂

My beard week: 29 Dec, 2016
Chin

My beard? Ah yeah. I went to a barber 2 weeks ago and I’m still happy with the shape, so I didn’t trim anything, just the edges. I still want to grow the area below the chin a bit more bushy, so I didn’t shave there as well. I thought the stubbles were not visible when the beard falls over, but as you see on the righthand pic, they are. I’m afraid I will shave them off next time I do my head. It doesn’t look good, I want an ordered beard 🙂

As you might have noticed, this week’s photos weren’t taken at home. I’m writing this post while traveling to my parents in Germany where we’ll celebrate new years eve. So I took the pictures on the surprisingly clean train toilet of the ICE 76. Congratulations, DB – at least that works! (I hate „Deutsche Bahn“ ! I booked separate, dedicated „Silent seats“, but the door is broken so it doesn’t stay closed and cold air comes in. No quite places at all. But I will survive. And no, I didn’t’ sit on the toilet when I took that photo!)

I wish you a peaceful and bearded new year!
